AN AUDIO INTRODUCTION TO HOMEKIT
Every Home Needs a HomeKit
HOMEKIT
HomeKit is your first aid kit for the moments when you feel stuck, just when you need it.
This series is densely packed with more than 50 areas covered in this audio-series. The wide-ranging topics ranges from Anxiety to Discipline, Procrastination to Motivation, and Guilt to Grief.
HomeKit is your just-in-time human companion to help you immediately shift-state and get unstuck, as quickly as possible.
Why Audio Format?
- I want HomeKit to be like a 'whisper in your ear,' accompanying you whenever you are on the move, exercising, travelling.
- The main thing is for you to take action, and not just consumption.
- For example, say you are listening to the section on Procrastination, and you got the tip that makes sense to you, don't go listening to another section just yet. (This make be a form of procrastination). Get doing, and get going.
- You can quickly revisit specific sections when you need them—Like a first-aid kit to help you when you are feeling stuck.
- Again, action, not more consumption, will change your life.

The Benefits
1. Quickly help you shift-state, as and when needed to get out of the rut before things escalate.
2. The collection of these specific principles and strategies are life-skills that are generalisable and a huge payoff to your emotional and relational health, as well as your productivity.
3. The deep lessons in each of segments target specific roots, not abstract labels.
Sample the lessons in HomeKit below.
Why Choose HomeKit
1. It's easy to bullshit on a macro level, and much harder to B.S. your way through on a micro level. The chief aim of HomeKit is to target the specifics in a deep way.
2. When you can zoom in on a higher resolution of issues to address, you will invariably increase your send of agency and control.
3. When your challenges are more abstract and less well-defined like diagnostic labels (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma), you less likely to get a head-start in improving the situation in your life, simply because the general label, though helpful in some instances, is too general and vague. HomeKit will help you to get unstuck as quickly as possible, and address other related concerns that comes with the territory.

Why I Made HomeKit
My job, is to render myself out of a job.
I really mean this. This is one of the reasons I’m drawn to writing, teaching, and making things like HomeKit, so that you can make it your own.
So that you get a chance to be fully alive in this life.
I’ve been a psychologist in clinical practice for more than two decades, spanning from working in schools, private hospital, psychiatric institution, outreach, and private practice. I’ve also been training other clinicians (see my other Substack Frontiers of Psychotherapist Development).
HomeKit is my distillation, boiling down to the core based on fundamental principles and what others have found useful (and surprising).

FAQ
-
How long do I have access to HomeKit?
HomeKit is a life-time access.
-
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 15 days and we will give you a full refund.
-
What currency is this course listed as?
SGD (not USD).
-
Why a monthly fee for the first 12 months?
This is the middle ground between a subscription fee and a one-off lump sum fee. The reason I came up with the LIMITED TIME PERIOD of 12 months payment is so that I can continue to take some away from my clinical practice and make the entire HomeKit series, which spans more than 50 in-depth audio recordings.
-
I'm very keen to sign up for this course, but I can't afford the full fee.
Totally understandable. Please email me as I would like to sponsor a handful of people who are keen to have this HomeKit in your home, but can't afford to, especially due to currency differences or financial hardship.

-
What if the proposed strategy doesn't work for me?
There is no silver bullet. Which is why in each of the topics, there are at least three different antidotes and strategies provided. Keep the one that works for you.
-
Will I get overwhlemed like other workshops and online courses?
This is unlike online courses. You only go to the modules that you need to, based on where trouble finds you. HomeKit's sole purpose is to help you get unstuck, just when you need it.
-
Who should I own HomeKit?
Just like owning a first aid kit in the home, I believe every household should have this. HomeKit aims to help you with the emotional and relational side of things.
